Certified Peer Recovery and Support Specialist
Lavatta Palm is a person in long-term recovery since 2012. For years, Lavatta has volunteered with the Foundation For Recovery as a Peer Recovery Support Specialist to help our peers find recovery pathways to achieve long-term recovery for themselves. In her new role as Women’s Success Program Manager, Lavatta is eager to continue to support peers with self-directed recovery plans to achieve living and financial independence, establish housing, build security with themselves and their families, set goals, and become better parents. Lavatta is a loving mom, wife and friend. She enjoys reading spiritual books, sight seeing, and coloring in an adult coloring book. She has a 3.54 GPA in college and is an honor student.
