Thank you to Kenneth and Mary Woloson, Law Office PLLC – 2017 Gala for Recovery Diamond Sponsor

Kenneth A. Woloson Law Office, PLLC successfully assists clients with business formation, business succession and estate planning, real estate and a variety of business transactions. Ken Woloson is an AV Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review rated attorney, practicing in Las Vegas since 1980. With Ken’s strong business transactional experience and background, the firm is able to assist clients with their business and real estate, transactional succession and estate planning needs and concerns.

A significant aspect of the firm’s work involves assisting business owners and executives, as well as individual clients referred from various financial institutions, trust departments and tax accountants, to transfer increased portions of their assets to beneficiaries on an after-tax basis. Ken’s substantial knowledge in the preparation of wills, living trusts, irrevocable gift and insurance trusts, family-limited partnerships and a variety of other probate avoidance and/or tax advantageous business entities allows him to provide our clients with the knowledge and expertise required to facilitate their objectives.

Ken and his staff are proud of their participation in numerous charitable organizations. Those organizations include Opportunity Village, Goodie Two Shoes, Shade Tree and Martinez Elementary School, an “at risk” school serving many homeless and temporarily displaced families. Ken is proud of his continued commitment to the Las Vegas community and encourages his staff to contribute their time and resources whenever possible.  Schedule a consultation.

Person-Directed Recovery

Person-centered recovery is directed, as much as possible by the person – including decisions about who should be included in the process.  The planning identifies just a few small, but meaningful, short-term changes that the individual can focus on helping to reduce some of the barriers or challenges moving forward.  Person centered care should be central to all recovery frameworks.
