About The Rooms

Our recovery community centers are hubs for Nevada’s recovery community and partner organizations to congregate, offer services, and host events, trainings, and workshops. Contact us at therooms@forrecovery.org to learn more and schedule a tour.

Southern Nevada

The Southern Nevada Recovery Community Center offers four rooms available for your meeting, event, or training.

  • Room A: 47 Person Capacity
  • Room B: 17 Person Capacity
  • Room C: 25 Person Capacity
  • Suite 3, Training Center: 49 Person Capacity

Our training center has state of the art audiovisual equipment available, including several mounted TV monitors, Mac desktop, mounted wall speakers, microphones, Logitech 4k cameras for professional streaming and virtual meetings, and guest WiFi.

Each room offers comfortable seating arrangements and tables. You may request a room to be organized and setup to your preference prior to your meeting. Coffee brewers, refrigerators, stove top, counter space and cupboards are available upon request. Each room is wheelchair accessible and has restroom availability.

The recovery center remains locked outside of operating hours. The building has a 24/7 recorded video to monitor building entrances and exits and an alarm security system. You’ll be given a key badge to access to the building during your scheduled meeting, event, or training. Recurring meetings also receive an individual locker for storage.

The Southern Nevada Recovery Center is located at 4800 Alpine Pl., Las Vegas, NV 89107. Nestled among restaurants, shops, Starbucks Coffee, and minutes from the Westland Fair Shopping mall, Arizona Charlies, Walmart Supercenter, and Office Depot.

Renting space at Foundation for Recovery also means that you have the option to have your meeting or event published to our online event calendar, shared online, and emailed to our growing list of subscribers.

Person-Directed Recovery

Person-centered recovery is directed, as much as possible by the person – including decisions about who should be included in the process.  The planning identifies just a few small, but meaningful, short-term changes that the individual can focus on helping to reduce some of the barriers or challenges moving forward.  Person centered care should be central to all recovery frameworks.
